Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator Neuro Trauma position at Swedish Medical Center offers a unique opportunity to provide leadership and care to patients with complex neurotrauma needs. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will collaborate with the Director/Designee to plan, organize, and coordinate patient care, ensuring that each individual receives age-appropriate, high-quality care that meets their physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide fiscal, human resource, and operational functions to support the delivery of patient care.
  • Perform delegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and function within the philosophy and overall plan of care at Swedish Medical Center.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in counseling and guidance of personnel to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
  • Current BCLS through AHA or ARC.
  • Bachelor Science Nursing or Bachelors degree in health related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical RN experience preferred.
  • Two years progressive supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
