About the Role

The Oak View Group is seeking an experienced Archtics Manager to join our team in the Denver Tech Center. As a key member of our ticketing operations team, you will be responsible for managing the Archtics database, working closely with our Premium Sales and Services team, and ensuring seamless ticketing experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Management: Work closely with the Director of Ticketing to build and maintain all events in the Archtics database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Premium Ticketing: Collaborate with our Premium Sales and Services team to manage seasonal renewals, member presales, and account management for premium ticket members.
  • System Integration: Maintain knowledge and coordinate enhancements of all 3rd party integrations that affect the Archtics database, including IOMedia, 601A, mobile app, Entry, parking solutions, and more.
  • Data Management: Work with Ticketmaster to ensure all individual event purchaser data is loaded into the Archtics database, and coordinate annual database cleanups and upgrades.
  • Event Support: Manage process for premium tickets for all suites, club seats, and loge boxes, including importing seats and invoicing suite holders, off-manifest inventory, and reserved seat club members.
  • Revenue Reporting: Report on individual event-by-event revenue for financial reconciliation, and work with the Director of Ticketing to create a QA process for all event builds within the Archtics database and the Ticketmaster host system.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service with efficient ticketing procedures, prompt responses to requests or communication, and coordination with all departments to resolve guest concerns and seat discrepancies.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain excellent client relationships while meeting and exceeding client service level agreements.
  • Inventory Management: Submit events to Ticketmaster for programming as needed, manage all inventory requirements, special offers, and programs on behalf of the venue and promoter.
  • Product Optimization: Ensure the venue is maximizing its use of Ticketmaster Products and Services, and use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify the root cause of issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience with the Ticketmaster suite of products, including Host, Archtics, TM1, Mobile Technology, or other similar systems.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
