Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and processing new member sign-ups.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized club environment.
Requirements
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
