Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team near Spokane, WA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be able to effectively document drug information questions, drug utilization evaluation activities, and adverse drug reactions.

About the Role

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing pharmaceutical care to patients of all ages, from neonatal to geriatric
  • Ensuring adherence to departmental policies, procedures, and State and Federal laws
  • Promoting adherence to the Drug Formulary approved by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee
  • Documenting accurate charging documentation for services provided
  • Promoting and marketing the pharmacy department to the community, patients, hospital employees, and medical staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in anticoagulation therapy, bridge therapy, and drug information
  • A strong educational foundation, ideally with an advanced degree or ASHP Accredited Residency and/or Fellowship

  • $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
