Caldera Care is seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist - Med Pass RN/LPN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining accurate records of patient observations and care delivered.

Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as assigned, provide nursing care to patients as required, record on patient charts observation of patient's responses to nursing care rendered, assist with unit management as assigned, and maintain accurate records of patient observations and care delivered.
Requirements:
A current and valid RN or LPN license, minimum one year of experience in a similar role, ability to lift 50 pounds, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
