Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee all group requirements for scheduled meetings and social events as directed by the Sales Manager. This includes crafting proposals, finalizing catering selections, and generating banquet event orders based on meeting specifications.

+ Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout all phases of event planning.

+ Ensure effective communication and timely follow-up with internal staff to meet and exceed client expectations.

+ Collaborate with other departments as necessary to guarantee exceptional customer service and complete guest satisfaction.

+ Participate in site visits and planning discussions for both prospective and confirmed business opportunities.

+ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management, which may evolve based on business needs.

Qualifications

+ Previous experience in hospitality, event management, or catering is essential.

+ A friendly demeanor and professional appearance are required.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve objectives.

+ Strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment are crucial.
