Client Relationship Specialist

As a vital member of our client services team, you will serve as a trusted advocate for our clients. Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be key in fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with financial advisors to enhance client experiences and support their financial goals.
- Actively engage with existing clients to deepen relationships and understand their evolving needs.
- Gather and analyze client information to facilitate the opening of new accounts and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Research and assess portfolio performance, offering insights and recommendations to financial advisors.
- Execute buy/sell orders as directed by financial advisors and communicate effectively with clients regarding their investment strategies.
- Participate in team planning sessions to continuously refine branch strategies and improve client service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
- Possession of Series 7 and Series 66 licenses is required; if not currently registered, these can be obtained during the designated training period.
- State insurance licenses are also necessary.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
