Position Overview:

As a vital member of our client services team, you will serve as a trusted advocate for our clients. Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be key in fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with financial advisors to enhance client experiences and support their financial goals.
  • Actively engage with existing clients to deepen relationships and understand their evolving needs.
  • Gather and analyze client information to facilitate the opening of new accounts and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Research and assess portfolio performance, offering insights and recommendations to financial advisors.
  • Execute buy/sell orders as directed by financial advisors and communicate effectively with clients regarding their investment strategies.
  • Participate in team planning sessions to continuously refine branch strategies and improve client service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Possession of Series 7 and Series 66 licenses is required; if not currently registered, these can be obtained during the designated training period.
  • State insurance licenses are also necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
