We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at HearingLife. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome hearing loss and improve their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and aftercare services, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and education on best practices.
- Perform routine checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning.
- Drive business growth by achieving practice targets, maintaining ethical standards, and developing strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in local community outreach initiatives, such as health fairs and physician relationships, to promote HearingLife's services and values.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories, ensuring a seamless and informed experience.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets, working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinic financial KPIs.
- Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio, including conducting hearing tests and educating patients on hearing aid devices.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations.
- Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results, communicating effectively with patients to propose treatment options.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of HearingLife.
- Participate in management insights and growth initiatives, driving innovation and excellence within the organization.
- Engage in the Amplify Leadership Program, receiving one-on-one guidance and real-world exposure to develop leadership skills.
- Become a proctor or mentor for the next generation of Hearing Care Professionals, sharing expertise and knowledge.
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
- 2+ years of experience in Hearing Aid sales or equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
