Job Opportunity

A well-established audiology private practice, located within a hospital in Hudson, WI, is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Audiologist to join their team. The practice prides itself on staying ahead of traditional dispensing methods, embracing new ways to serve patients while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and education.


We're seeking an Audiologist who isn't stuck in traditional dispensing but understands the changing landscape of patient care. Someone who thrives on patient interaction, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to help the practice grow. Sales experience or a willingness to embrace the business side of audiology is essential, as this role offers tremendous earning potential.


Key Highlights:
  • Monday-Friday, professional daytime hours with early release days.
  • Perform routine diagnostic, and fit/dispense hearing aids.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients, supporting them through their hearing journey.
  • Explore variety through tinnitus management, wax removal, and potentially balance work or even Cochlear Implants as the practice continues to expand.
  • Collaborate with physicians and receive steady referrals from within the hospital.
  • Potential to work with pediatric cases.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary plus commission with the realistic potential to earn over $100k.
  • Quarterly bonuses based on company revenue/profit sharing.
