As a dedicated Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise will enable individuals to regain their independence, recover from illness or injury, and thrive in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families to promote self-advocacy and empowerment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA.
  • Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist/speech-language pathologist.
  • Home Health experience a plus.
  • Current and unrestricted license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
