Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Daphne, AL. As an Occupational Therapist with FOX Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
  • Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Current CPR certification
