Sales and Business Development Representative

At UniFirst, we are committed to providing exceptional garment services to our customers. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and partnering with new and existing clients to grow the book of business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, a coachable and highly enthusiastic mindset, and strong communication skills. Previous experience with CRMs and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
This role offers unlimited earning potential, with top performers earning from $80,000 to $120,000 plus annually. You will also have access to paid industry-leading sales training, exposure to sales and executive leadership, and protected territories that are assigned exclusively to you.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including guaranteed base salary, monthly commission earnings, new hire ramp-up bonus, unlimited quarterly bonus program, career path bonus opportunities, weekly car allowance, monthly cell phone reimbursement, annual Presidents Club trip for top performers, and full range of benefits.
