We are seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer to enhance our team. This position entails engaging in access management, identity governance, and privileged access management solutions, while collaborating with internal teams to address complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development, deployment, and operational management of IAM solutions.
  • Facilitate integrations tailored for B2B, B2C, and B2E client needs.
  • Support the training of operational staff and provide ongoing assistance.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for IAM platform integrations.
  • Engage with end-users to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Design program logic, create technical documentation, and propose system enhancements.
  • Assess requirements and deliver thorough analysis.
  • Write code, conduct application testing, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with identity management platforms and user lifecycle processes.
  • Familiarity with APIs and application integration methodologies.
  • Extensive development experience in Java/J2EE, PowerShell, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of directory services, federation protocols, and SSO technologies.
  • Experience with Web Services, SCIM, ODBC, and various connectors.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with access management solutions and automation of user provisioning.
  • Understanding of IAM best practices and control frameworks.
  • Technical proficiency in IAM tools and security frameworks.
  • Awareness of compliance regulations and security standards.
  • Certifications such as OSCP or CISSP are advantageous.
