Job Summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting merchandise, providing expert knowledge and recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Support store management in achieving sales and customer service goals.
  • Process transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure a secure cash handling environment.
  • Perform various daily operational tasks, including inventory management, stock adjustments, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and weatherly index systems (desired).
  • ASE certification (desired).
