About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager, App Ads to join our Product team at Snap Inc. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our App advertising solutions, driving growth and awareness among clients and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use market knowledge and analytical skills to inform product roadmaps and identify key themes from App marketers and developers.
  • Build regional go-to-market strategies to activate sales and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts to grow awareness and adoption of Snapchat's App advertising solutions.
  • Own GTM efforts for App solutions and features, leading regional development of go-to-market strategies and initiatives for clients.
  • Lead extensive market research to identify new content opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis, assessing the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products via market trends, advertiser feedback, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Drive successful cross-functional alignment on go-to-market strategy and planning, tracking success metrics accordingly.
  • Inspire and educate internal and external teams on Snapchat's App solutions for advertisers.
  • Build frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create and socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing industry dynamics, especially brand advertising as it pertains to video.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to groups of 50-100.
  • A team player who can successfully work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, both within Snapchat and across partner organizations, with minimal guidance.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (in marketing, business, or economics) or equivalent years of experience, 5+ years of experience in product marketing, account management, sales, internet technology, or other relevant digital marketing work.
