- Collaborate with claims case managers and claimants to facilitate timely physician outreaches and collection of medical information
- Document clear and concise details regarding certification dates, treatment plans, and other pertinent claim information
- Assist with vendor management, including scheduling and follow-up for vendor reports
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- LPN/LVN from an accredited school of nursing with a valid license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience or equivalent medical office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent and sound judgment in decision-making
- Vendor management experience
- Basic computer skills and knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- A competitive salary range of $48,000 - $72,280.00
