Big Data Developer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automation frameworks for testing using Hadoop programming, HDFS, and pyspark.
  • Work on manual testing until it's fully automated, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and develop automation solutions to validate data loaded.
  • Provide technical solutions for multiple modules in parallel, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain data warehouse projects using Hive and Shell Scripting.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Hadoop programming, HDFS, and pyspark.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones based on project needs.
  • Experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and ETL will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Autosys, Jenkin, RLM, and Confluence will be beneficial.
