**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Big Data Developer to join our Quality Engineering team at LTIMindtree. As a Big Data Developer, you will be responsible for developing automation frameworks for testing and manual testing until it is fully automated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automation solutions to validate the data loaded by the Development team.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
  • Provide technical solutions for multiple modules in parallel on a need basis and bring tasks to closure on time.
  • Develop and maintain Hadoop programming, HDFS, PySpark, Hive-based Data Warehouse projects, and Shell Scripting experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of development work experience in Hadoop programming, HDFS, PySpark, Hive-based Data Warehouse projects, and Shell Scripting.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Very good at team playing and flexibility to work in different time zones based on project needs.
  • Proactive and have good communication skills to articulate technical issues.
  • Exposure to Confluence and JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Databricks-Spark-SQL-Scala/Python/Java experience.
  • Experience with Databases like Oracle, SQL Server, ETL.
  • Experience with DQ, Autosys, Jenkin, RLM.
