  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spark, Hadoop, Impala, and Cloudera.

Desirable Qualifications

  • 7 to 8 years of pertinent experience in an Application Development capacity.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in leading and managing a development team comprising at least 4 to 5 members.
  • 5 years of experience with Big Data technologies and familiarity with data pipelines.
  • 3 years of experience with Apache Spark streaming and batch processing frameworks is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in programming with Spark SQL, Hive SQL, and Java for Spark.
  • Experience with Kafka or other high-performance streaming frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Hadoop components, particularly Hive, is advantageous.
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or Test-Driven Development methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps practices, including Pipelines and CI/CD, is preferred.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and a solid understanding of Data Architecture.
  • Knowledge of Financial Domain Driven Design is essential.
  • Strong customer orientation and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A desire to work in a global delivery environment.
