  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology is required.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spark, Hadoop, Impala, and Cloudera is essential.

Desirable Qualifications

  • 7 to 8 years of substantial experience in an Application Development capacity.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in leading and managing a development team comprising at least 4 to 5 members.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Big Data technologies and familiarity with data pipelines.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with both Apache Spark streaming and batch processing frameworks is crucial.
  • Experience in programming with Spark SQL, Hive SQL, and Java for Spark is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Kafka or other high-performance streaming frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience with Hadoop components, particularly Hive, is advantageous.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and/or Test-Driven Development environments is beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps practices, including Pipelines and CI/CD, is a plus.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and a solid understanding of Data Architecture is required.
  • Knowledge of Financial Domain Driven Design is essential.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation and a commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • A strong desire to work in a global delivery environment is preferred.
