Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at LocumTenens. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving divisional growth by assisting Account Executives with business development and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate recruiting leads for Associate Account Executives and/or Account Executives by contacting clients via various channels.
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls and inquiries from new/prospective clients.
  • Utilize marketing tools to source new client leads and update client information in our database.
  • Qualify and sell our services to client facility leaders, including c-suite executives, medical directors, and department heads.
  • Research and prospect new business opportunities through external job boards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous corporate experience preferred but not required.
