Job Overview

Salary: $85,000 + (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary:

As a key player in our organization, you will oversee landscape construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorize and adjust timecards for designated teams
  • Facilitate client interactions, including onboarding, project updates, and meetings
  • Supervise field operations and collaborate with the Project Coordinator
  • Assist the Production Coordinator on-site as required
  • Conduct regular Quality Control assessments, particularly for large projects
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, including obtaining estimates, overseeing work schedules, and processing invoices
  • Create estimates for prospective projects and sales opportunities
  • Maintain the CRM system for Sales and Project Management
  • Coordinate and deliver client appreciation gifts
  • Streamline project management by merging tasks within LMN
  • Oversee procurement of materials for projects
  • Generate change orders in a timely manner
  • Plan and adjust timelines and tasks using Fieldwire Software
  • Prepare and send client proposals
  • Effectively schedule utility markouts

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least three years of experience in landscape project management - applications from candidates without this experience will not be considered
  • Understanding of proper tree and shrub planting techniques
  • A degree or background in horticulture is advantageous
  • Knowledge of masonry, carpentry, and pool/spa construction is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must exhibit confidence, motivation, enthusiasm, respect, teamwork, and a positive attitude
