Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Electronic Environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our residential technology projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring overall success and project completion on time and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, communicating with stakeholders and managing project status.
  • Manage labor schedules, including scheduling technicians, verifying timelines, and coordinating labor requests.
  • Supervise direct reports, including performance management, time entry review, and ensuring hours match scope of work.
  • Assist sales in creation and management of change orders, maintaining organization of project changes within ConnectWise.
  • Determine action lists for assigned projects, including clearly defined responsibilities and expected completion dates.
  • Issue punch lists for remaining scope of work, provide weekly updates until completion.
  • Create project audits at completion, providing accounting team with full project and labor list for accurate billing.
  • Perform quality checks and testing of installed items, ensuring installations meet EENY standards.
  • Connect with service and sales teams to issue service contracts and warranty documentation.
  • Perform system training for clients, leading project close-out meetings and verifying documentation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in A/V project management, preferably in home automation.
  • Demonstrated experience using project management software and tools.
  • Prior experience using ConnectWise a plus.
  • Industry certifications a plus, CAPM or PMP certification a plus.
  • Experience interacting with stakeholders at all levels, strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask conflicting critical requests.
  • OSHA 40 and SST certifications required or able to obtain within 3 months of employment.
