We are looking for a Senior Cath Lab Technologist to ensure that we maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient patient care.

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a CV Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing unit goals, objectives, budgets, and standards while managing unit assignments, team scheduling for shifts and on-call duties, and addressing the specific individual and professional needs of staff.

You will plan for adequate resources based on workload and additional activities.
Assist in the creation, review, revision, and monitoring of the unit's quality assurance plan.

Act as a liaison with the medical team, fostering rapport and positive working relationships to ensure physician satisfaction and address their needs effectively.

Participate in the orientation of new employees, students, and volunteers.
Ensure the accuracy and completion of payroll activities.
Assist in conducting performance evaluations for team members.
Engage in counseling activities as necessary and intervene to resolve conflicts or potential conflicts within the unit.
Determine appropriate PAR levels of supplies within the unit.


Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Science program.
A minimum of three years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification.
Basic Life Support Certification.
At least one year of experience in a leadership role is preferred.

This position requires full vaccination for COVID-19 in accordance with local, state, and/or federal laws or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
