Our Senior Vice President of Government Relations will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in advancing our growth and corporate strategies. This position will leverage substantial governmental experience and connections to offer strategic counsel to our leadership, directing our engagements with government entities and pinpointing new business prospects aligned with government missions.

- Offer strategic insights and recommendations prior to client meetings, identifying critical issues and opportunities to tailor presentations effectively.

- Guide communication strategies, including appropriate language and tone, when interacting with senior government personnel.
- Provide strategic business insights and advice from a business ownership perspective, ensuring alignment with corporate decision-making processes.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the government sector, focusing on alignment with governmental missions and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to understand government needs, trends, and procurement cycles, advising on potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with business development teams to craft proposals and bids that meet government standards and requirements.
- Offer strategic guidance to the CTO and Delivery teams regarding government perceptions of our capabilities, helping to shape the value proposition presented to our clients.
- Drive organizational growth by leveraging existing strengths and capabilities, identifying gaps, and proposing effective solutions.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on product enhancements or new offerings based on government insights and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops or brainstorming sessions to explore how our current capabilities can be adapted or expanded to better serve government clients.
- Monitor and report on growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and campaigns targeting government clients.
- Partner with People Ops to design and implement leadership development initiatives, focusing on nurturing emerging leaders.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to high-potential employees, assisting them in developing the skills and confidence necessary to excel in their roles.
