Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply protein LCMS-based assays to support biologics discovery projects.
  • Analyze and interpret biologics bioanalytical data to inform project decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize leads and select candidates for clinical evaluation.
  • Provide critical lab support and troubleshoot LCMS instrumentation and methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in bioanalytical techniques.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or related life science discipline with 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and data analysis software Graphpad Prism, SoftmaxPro, and Phoenix WinNonlin.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more large molecule immunoassay techniques (ELISA, MSD, Gyros, or similar) is desired.
