We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Producer to join our team at Keffer Mazda. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a critical role in helping customers finance their vehicle purchases by working with lending agencies and providing expert guidance on aftermarket options and vehicle service contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Selling Process: Follow a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration.
- PRU and Product Penetration Objectives: Maintain and/or exceed specific PRU and Product Penetration objectives while maintaining deal count.
- Deal Processing: Ensure clean deals are created and sent to lenders in a timely manner to expedite funding within set period.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals and ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals and be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Prior automotive finance department experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, professional appearance and work ethic, self-motivation, knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
