We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Huntersville Ford. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our customers' vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring vehicles are safe and reliable.
  • Communicate directly with customers and service advisors to provide estimates and updates on repairs.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician, preferably at an automotive dealership.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with Ford certification a plus.
  • Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures, and operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
