- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles with efficiency and accuracy
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Communicate with customers and Service Advisors to ensure excellent customer service
- Provide estimates for additional repairs and execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician
- A-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
- Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and ability to learn new procedures
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Positive attitude and customer service mentality
- Ability to collaborate effectively and learn new technology
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
