Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles with efficiency and accuracy
  • Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Communicate with customers and Service Advisors to ensure excellent customer service
  • Provide estimates for additional repairs and execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician
  • A-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
  • Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and ability to learn new procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Positive attitude and customer service mentality
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and learn new technology
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
