We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Rutland, VT. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential.

The salary for this position is between $19 - $21/hour, which includes employee benefits such as health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave.

Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Ticketing , Troubleshooting , Installation , Break -Fix , Repair
  • 2-5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A+ Certification preferred or ability to obtain within the first 6 weeks of employment.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products.
  • Personable: Ability to build rapport and relate to customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued during interactions.
