Clinical Support Specialist

At Rutland Regional Medical Center, we seek a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our outpatient care team. This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
As a member of our team, you will work under the direction of practice providers and nursing staff to prepare patients for encounters, assist clinicians in delivering care, and maintain examination rooms, equipment, and supplies. You will also be responsible for some clerical and scheduling duties.
We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, moderate knowledge of computer systems, and basic medical terminology. Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a related field is preferred.
BLS Certification through the American Heart Association is required, and nationally accredited Medical Assistant Certification or Vermont State LNA License is preferred.
