Business Development Manager - Administrative and Customer Support

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in administrative and customer support fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in administrative and customer support fields.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.


Requirements:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales in an administrative or customer support context.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business development tools.
