Business Development Manager

Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory.

About the Job
The Business Account Executive will be responsible for:
- Selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory.
- Generating all sales leads through various prospecting tactics and working every lead from initial contact to sale.
- Developing and implementing a Territory Plan to expand the customer base within their assigned territory.
- Actively supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of outside sales experience in a high-transaction, short-closing cycle model.
- Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
