Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Sepire. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Receive, count, and verify raw and finished goods, and prepare goods for receipt into inventory or for outbound shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Perform inventory counts, ensure accurate inventory levels, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload shipments from trucks, prepare goods for internal delivery, and execute operating checklists to ensure maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of warehouse activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment, with a preference for print industry experience.
  • Skills: Intermediate knowledge of warehouse functions, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control, as well as experience operating a forklift and clamp truck.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work within a team environment, meet team objectives, and adapt to a process-driven environment.
