Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis: Examine and diagnose vehicles to identify repair needs and recommend necessary services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate repairs and additional service requests to service advisors, and plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foremen.
- Repair and Maintenance: Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on luxury vehicles, ensuring strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation.
- Client Advocacy: Create a positive relationship with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with repair work and providing excellent customer service.
- Training and Development: Participate in manufacturer's certification support and attend company and factory training to stay up-to-date with the latest technical bulletins and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and 1-3 months of related experience or training.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
