Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at Tesla. As a member of our Collision Tactical Response Team, you will be responsible for performing advanced automotive repair procedures on our cutting-edge vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow proper repair procedures and perform all tasks according to factory specifications
  • Use frame equipment for measuring and installing structural components
  • Glue, rivet, and weld structural components
  • Repair exterior cosmetic panels with metal finishing and body filler
  • Remove and replace all parts associated with collision repair, including body, mechanical, electrical, and trim components
  • Perform steel and aluminum welding operations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Collision Repair Technician
  • Ability to travel with your own tools
  • Capable of seamlessly integrating with multiple different teams on wide variety of different technical repairs and processes
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and to work independently in limited supervision environments
  • Vocational Certificate in Collision Repair and Tesla experience, preferred
