- Participate in client recreational activities, promoting socialization and community building.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of sobriety and a clean driving record are essential.
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and CPR/First Aid certifications are necessary.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
- Previous experience in the healthcare field, particularly in addiction treatment or mental health support.
