Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LADC Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
  • Provide cognitive behavioral therapies and social services to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Experience working in a psychiatric setting and with diverse patient populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
