About the Role

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a motivated and high-performing Freight Sales Representative to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our sales team, you will establish relationships with customers and leverage your negotiation skills to secure deals for freight transportation. Our comprehensive training and mentorship program will teach you everything you need to know about sales, logistics, and supply chain management.

What You'll Do
  • Participate in a 26-week training program with a successful freight broker to learn the business inside and out
  • Establish relationships with customers to build your client base
  • Closing new and existing customers
  • Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
  • Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally
