Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians

  • Oversee projects and ensure completion to company standards
  • Handle vendor relations, including hiring, negotiating, and managing contracts
  • Occasionally visit job sites for oversight and troubleshooting
  • Communicate with property managers and tenants to provide status updates
  • Ensure safety compliance and follow company policies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in apartment or residential property maintenance
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
  • Experience with vendor management, purchasing, and budgeting
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Valid CA Driver's License and reliable vehicle
