About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Customer Success and Operational Excellence to join our team at VusionGroup. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and operational excellence across our organization.

As a Director of Customer Success and Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful implementation and support of our company products and services. You will oversee the entire customer journey, from initial project rollout to post-sales support, and develop strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth while ensuring customer success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer success and operational excellence professionals to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure successful implementation and support of our company products and services.
  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for customer success and operational excellence, aligned with overall company goals.
  • Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial project rollout to post-sales support, to ensure successful implementation and support of our company products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure successful implementation and support of our company products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and operational excellence, and develop strategies to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operational excellence, professional services, customer success, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Store/Retail/logistics industry experience is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge in the SaaS industry/ IoT
  • Proven track record of engaging with customers and driving delivery excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving customer outcomes and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth go-to-market knowledge and a track record of implementing and measuring operational metrics.
