Customer Success Manager

FourKites is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving adoption and retention, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Identify and develop upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Manage account escalations and advocate for customer needs
- At least 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role at a SaaS company
- Supply Chain industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
