About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Advisor Employee Services. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our business development efforts by assisting with various marketing tasks, including campaign development, content creation, and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support business development initiatives
- Create promotional content and materials for various marketing initiatives
- Support in organizing and promoting events to ensure effective client and vendor communication
- Maintain and update the company's online presence, including website content and social media profiles
- Collaborate with the team to enhance marketing strategies and initiatives
Other Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry and filing
- Assist with vendor management and supply ordering
- Support in maintaining accurate records and databases of clients and prospects
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's Degree
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
What We Offer:
- $42,000-$47,000 salary
- 10 days PTO

Work Environment:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
