Job Overview

As a key member of our sales and business development team, the Appointment Coordinator will be responsible for generating new leads and setting up appointments with potential clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, ProHome LLC, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with company-provided leads and generate new leads for our markets nationwide.
  • Conduct a high volume of cold calls daily to identify potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads as necessary to secure appointments and verify their accuracy.
  • Schedule appointments for our Business Development Managers and Market Development Representatives in each market.
  • Coordinate meetings between clients and Business Development Managers and Market Development Representatives.
  • Maintain an accurate record of interactions and appointments set.
  • Participate in sales team meetings and training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Associates degree preferred or the equivalent of previous experience in a similar role.
  • 2 years+ experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Natural conversationalist, confident, and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Persistent and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Professional and courteous in all interactions.
  • Advanced negotiation skills to persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Compensation
  • Pay: $19-21 hourly base pay plus the potential to earn a commission.
Work Setting

You must reside in Wichita, KS.
