Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Holly Hall. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nursing staff in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of nursing care to residents, ensuring that their needs are met in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, ensuring that necessary interventions are implemented in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • One to two years of experience in long-term care, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
