">- We are seeking a skilled Client Support Associate to join our team in this onsite position. As the face of our school, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting students and instructors, and driving daily facility operations.
Job Responsibilities
">- Welcome guests, check students in, and assist with scheduling.
- Answer student inquiries about classes, testing, and site information in a timely manner.
- Provide virtual support via chat or phone.
- Accurately record student data and maintain records using CRM software.
- Support Site Manager with tasks such as confirming class schedules and conducting inventory counts.
- Assist with preparing classroom materials and provide technical support as needed.
- Support students with licensing applications.
- Keep classrooms, testing rooms, and facilities well-maintained and organized.
- Offer friendly service and encouragement to students.
- Work at special events like expos and fairs.
Requirements
">- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer-facing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CRM software an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and think critically.
- Physical demands include lifting boxes up to 40 pounds, sitting/standing for extended periods, and setting up/breaking down tables and chairs.
Compensation
">- $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
