We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Advocate to join our team at Millennium Systems International. As a Client Service Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, and troubleshooting product and training-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Handle client inquiries and troubleshoot product and training-related issues
- Document client interactions and resolutions in Salesforce
- Stay up-to-date on Meevo product knowledge and internal business processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree with 2 years of experience
- Ability to type greater than 35 wpm
- Reliable ISP
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
