Insurance Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled customer experience professional to join our team as a licensed insurance customer service representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service via phone, email, or in-person
- Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide tailored recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
Requirements:
- A valid Property & Casualty license
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- A self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who can learn computer functions quickly
