About the Role

CESO is seeking a highly skilled Civil Lead Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and preparation of engineering construction documentation, specifications, and details for multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support civil engineers in the daily planning, coordination, and completion of projects under the direction of a project manager.
  • Research design criteria based on project scope and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Perform site design construction documents to include site layouts, grading, storm water, roadway, and utility layouts using Civil 3D.
  • Conduct site investigations and due diligence reports.
  • Compare design options and document findings to produce detailed civil engineering studies and reports.
  • Review technical and civil engineering drawings and make revisions accordingly.
  • Recommend continuous improvement solutions for site designs.
  • Attend client meetings and provide thorough and accurate documentation of calculations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer Licensure (PE) is preferred.
  • 4+ years of professional experience.
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to motivate and mentor a team.
