About the Role

PDBLOWERS INC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process orders, generate quotes, and provide order status updates
  • Interface with vendors to request quotes and lead times
  • Support sales efforts by providing product information and answering customer questions
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including forklift operation and shipping/receiving
  • Book export shipments and prepare packages for shipment
  • Support shipping and receiving in remote offices
  • Provide warranty support and resolve customer complaints
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
